Building a powerful workforce starts with employees. By providing employees with the training and support they need to develop professionally an employer also strengthens retention.
One simple yet powerful tool that can make a real difference is employee listening.
Grounded in emotional intelligence, employee listening means more than collecting feedback—it’s about actively engaging with employee voices to build trust, improve performance, and create workplaces where people want to stay. This strategy is especially effective for small and resource-limited teams looking to boost morale and results.
