Accessing Canada’s Untapped Talent

With over 300 conditions falling under the term “disability”, and 1 in 3 Canadians identifying as having one, it’s time to shift the conversation from limitations to opportunity.

That’s exactly what FoodAbility, a new initiative from Food Processing Skills Canada, is here to do. Through interactive workshops, professional resources, and hands-on support, we’re helping employers and service agencies across the food and beverage industry rethink recruitment, reshape workplace culture, and tap into a broader, more diverse talent pool.

Whether you’re an employer ready to build an inclusive team, or an agency eager to make meaningful connections, we invite you to join us and lead the way toward inclusive employment. Let’s make disability inclusion the new normal together.
