Over 120 Summit attendees strategically delved into a series of questions for the food and beverage industry in order to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

The evaluation focused on understanding the outcomes and impacts that were achieved by 900 STAC supervisors in it’s initial year of implementation (2023-2024). Data collection for the evaluation was ongoing and consisted of multiple surveys with STAC supervisors and employers and administrative/monitoring data. The evaluation collected over 500 data points from each participant resulting in over 450,000 data points for the current evaluation.
