Food Processing Skills Canada is proud to share that our Executive Director, Jennefer Griffith, has been named a 2025 Women Empowerment Awards Finalist in the Innovation category.
This national recognition celebrates leaders who are pushing boundaries, creating solutions, and redefining the way we live, learn, and work. Jennefer’s nomination reflects her dedication to transforming Canada’s food and beverage manufacturing workforce through forward-thinking initiatives that bridge industry, education, and government.
Under her leadership, FPSC has grown into a national authority on workforce development, introducing innovative tools like the Food Processors Institute, FoodCert, and the FoodSkills Library, and pioneering Canada’s first Learning Recognition Framework. These initiatives have strengthened businesses, empowered individuals, and positioned Canada as a global leader in workforce development.
We are proud to see Jennefer’s commitment to innovation and inclusion recognized on this stage and extend our congratulations to all the inspiring finalists.
