Industry leaders came together at the 2024 FPSC Leadership Summit to explore how inclusive workplaces strengthen organizations and communities.

This report shares their insights, challenges, and ideas for building a more diverse and accessible workforce.

The evaluation focused on understanding the outcomes and impacts that were achieved by 900 STAC supervisors in it’s initial year of implementation (2023-2024). Data collection for the evaluation was ongoing and consisted of multiple surveys with STAC supervisors and employers and administrative/monitoring data. The evaluation collected over 500 data points from each participant resulting in over 450,000 data points for the current evaluation.
