The two programs strengthen leadership at critical levels within food and beverage manufacturing.

Refine Yourself: Leading with Emotional Intelligence supports senior managers in developing the emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities needed to support their people, strengthen workplace relationships, and lead effectively.

Acahkos: Transforming Frontline Leadership focuses on developing frontline leaders who play an essential role in guiding employees, building effective teams, and navigating the day-to-day realities of food and beverage manufacturing workplaces.

Together, the programs equip frontline leaders and senior managers to support their people, build strong teams, and lead with confidence. They reflect FPSC’s commitment to developing leadership capabilities and advancing workforce development across Canada’s food and beverage manufacturing industry.
