Build a Workplace That Fits the People in It.

What if we stopped expecting people to fit the workplace and started designing workplaces that fit the people in them? In this practical 30-minute webinar, we’ll explore how universal workplace design can create more ways for people of all abilities to participate, contribute and succeed.

From recruitment and onboarding to communication, training, flexibility and how work gets done, you’ll learn how to design everyday workplace practices with human differences in mind. Because people bring different strengths, abilities and ways of working—and when the workplace is designed with that in mind, more talent has the opportunity to contribute.

You’ll leave with a simple, universal workplace lens to help you rethink how work is designed and create a workplace where people don’t have to fit into one mould to succeed.
