Canada has a pretty impressive seafood industry with an enormous coastline, which gives us a competitive advantage against most countries. We process both on-land and at-sea, with basic processing happening on ships, and more elaborate processing happening in facilities on-land. While we may typically think of seafood as fresh (and a good portion of it is), we also make a lot of products like fish oils, frozen fish dinners, dried and cured seafood, sauces, and much more.
